What are the age and license requirements to rent a vehicle?

Renters must be at least 25 years old and have a 5-year local or valid international driver’s license. These requirements apply to Group A, B, C, and D vehicles.

What is the minimum rental period?

There is no minimal rental period.

What happens if I return the car late?

For delays:

Up to 3 hours: 1/3 of the daily fee per hour

Over 3 hours: Charged as a full rental day

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit is required and must be provided via a valid credit card at the time of rental.

What’s included in the rental price?

Rental prices include:

Basic maintenance

Third-party insurance (within legal policy limits)

Note: Prices do not include fuel or 18% VAT.

What are your business hours?

Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM

Saturday–Sunday: By appointment only

Do you allow pickups or returns outside business hours?

Yes, but it’s handled on a case-by-case basis. Prior coordination is required.

Where do you deliver vehicles?

Delivery is free at our local office.

Delivery within cities (e.g. hotels, ports, workplaces) is available with advance notice.

For locations outside our office city, a fee of $0.50 a mile from the pickup point applies.

What are the insurance requirements for renters?

To use your own insurance, your policy must meet the following:

Active policy

You are listed on the policy

Policy must be over 1 month old

Full collision & comprehensive coverage

Rental vehicles must be covered (no limits)

Coverage must extend to pleasure use

Are there any cleaning or smoking fees?

Yes. Cleaning and smoking fees are outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

What are the charges if I exceed the mileage limit?

Each vehicle includes a daily mileage limit. Additional mileage will incur extra charges, detailed in the specific vehicle listing.

Is there a fee for adding additional drivers?

Yes. The cost varies depending on the vehicle rented.

Who pays for tolls and traffic fines?

All traffic fines, tolls, and EZ Pass fees are the renter’s responsibility.

What if the vehicle is detained by traffic authorities?

The time the vehicle is held is counted as part of the rental period.

Do you offer any extras or services?

Yes, we offer:

Translator guides (upon request)

Vehicle wraps, sales, and tint protection

Can I take the vehicle abroad?

No, our vehicles cannot be taken outside the country.

Can rental conditions or vehicle types change after booking?

We reserve the right to modify rental conditions or substitute vehicle types without prior notice, if necessary.
